Uniting Efforts: NGO “PERSPECTIVE CENTRE” and Apostolivska City Council Sign Memorandum of Cooperation to Support Military Personnel

On June 28th, the NGO “PERSPECTIVE CENTRE,” which provides psychological assistance to Ukrainian military personnel, their families, and those affected by the armed conflict in Ukraine, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Apostolivska City Council. The signing ceremony took place ahead of Ukraine’s Constitution Day.

The memorandum on cooperation between the NGO “PERSPECTIVE CENTRE” and the Apostolivska City Council was signed in the presence of the local community’s representatives and members of the legislative body. This official document marks the first collaboration of our organization with a local government entity. We have plans to establish similar partnerships with all territorial communities in the Kryvyi Rih district, where the “PERSPECTIVE CENTRE” operates.

Orisia Klymchuk, the chairperson of the NGO, addressed the deputies and officials, highlighting the key aspects of “PERSPECTIVE CENTRE’s” work in the Kryvyi Rih region. She shared her experience as a military psychologist and emphasized the importance of providing support to Ukrainian soldiers in terms of psychological well-being and social reintegration into civilian life.

Representing the local community, the memorandum was signed by Lesya Mikhno, the secretary of the Apostolivska City Council and acting mayor. She underscored the significance of this collaboration between “PERSPECTIVE CENTRE” and the Apostolivska community in the Kryvyi Rih district, as it will facilitate psychological support and social integration for Ukraine’s military personnel in peaceful times.

This step towards cooperation with local authorities reflects the strategic objective of the NGO “PERSPECTIVE CENTRE” to assist military personnel and their families in integrating into the community after their service. We aim to provide them with the necessary support and assistance for a successful transition to civilian life.

The memorandum signifies a significant milestone in the development of our organization and the strengthening of ties with the local community. We believe that our collective efforts will improve the quality of life for military personnel and their loved ones while contributing to the creation of a peaceful and stable community.

We plan to continue actively working towards building partnerships with other territorial communities in the Kryvyi Rih district and mobilizing resources to fulfill our mission. Through collaboration and cooperation, we can positively impact the lives of military personnel and their families, as well as enhance the overall well-being of our region.
